These terms govern your use of the Consign Assist website at consignassist.com. Consignment of items is governed separately by the Consignment Agreement.

2.Pickup requests

Submitting a pickup request does not confirm an appointment. Availability is confirmed only once our team contacts you and approves the pickup.

3.Item acceptance

All items are subject to individual review. We may decline any item at our discretion, including items from brands we regularly accept.

4.Fees and payouts

Fees and payout percentages are described on our Pricing page and finalized in the Consignment Agreement. [Final terms to be confirmed.]

5.Limitation of liability
